My purpose hasn’t always been clear. After many ups and downs, and straying off path, working for others that put profit before people, which didn’t vibe with my authentic self, I have been able to rise above, knowing that those experiences served me, to find my voice, and the power of it. 

Through my own innate passion for real, authentic stories and my experience working on both sides of the ethical fence, I have found my own purpose, to help businesses vibe higher with conscious content marketing. 

With a background in journalism and digital content marketing, and a devotion to spirituality, healing arts and creativity, my approach is instinctive, heart-based and authentic. 

I’ve been working in the digital space for over 20 years. As a writer and storyteller, I work with words to create a frequency that is positive and impactful. 

By diving deep into the heart of a business and why they do what they do, I conceptualise and create authentic content which creates brand awareness and connections. 

I created She Said Digital to support heart-centered businesses and entrepreneurs on their mission to create real and positive change in the world, to help transform how we engage and support one another, and to help brands shift into a heart-centered, organic space rather than using marketing tricks and tactics to win customers. 

Put simply, conscious content marketing is about aligning with the brand’s purpose, and communicating that throughout all channels with integrity. 

She Said Digital is a creation to honour the path of women and their continued perseverance and dedication to liberate themselves from time, physical and social constraints, towards creating authentic and innovative businesses.
